炉山村位于乐峰镇区东北角，村内有二十多个自然村，聚落沿罗溪沿岸的丘陵河谷分布，以种植水稻、甘薯和林果为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期，村地分属乐峰乡的慕美保和龙潭保。建国初属炉山乡，1958年设炉山大队。1984年划入罗东乡，称炉山村；1988年改属罗东镇。1999年7月，此村随乐峰建镇归入乐峰镇。[4]

村名的来历，据称是村址位于炉山的东侧。[3]

地理环境[edit]

村域面积约8.3平方千米，村里有耕地1100亩、山地8380亩。聚落呈条状，沿罗溪沿岸的丘陵河谷地分布。[2]

人口民族[edit]

村中计1932户村民，共6972人，划分为20个村民小组。[2]

经济[edit]

主要种植水稻、小麦和甘薯，林果有松木、杉木、龙眼、荔枝、余甘、杨梅、柑桔等。村内有面粉厂、面线厂各一家，卫生所两所，商店和果场六处。[2]

文化[edit]

村内设有炉山小学，并有炉邨中学。本村在2023年12月获认定为「2023年度福建省“一村一品”专业村」，主导产业是马蹄笋。[1]
