秋阳村位于九都镇北部，距镇政府驻地约9.6千米，聚落在观音山北麓的山谷间。村中辖有秋林格一个自然村[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

村庄原名秋林格，1972年命名为秋阳大队，村名由此而来[1]。民国时村地属檺树安保，解放后归和安乡。其后数年间先后隶属大力大队与和安大队，1965年复归大力大队；1972年因水库移民自立秋阳大队，1984年起为村委会，1991年12月属镇级建制[1]。

经济[edit]

农作物以水稻、甘薯为主，林果有松木、茶叶、龙眼、柑桔[1]。

文化[edit]

村中有秋阳小学。2024年1月，秋阳村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」[1]。
