仙都村位于码头镇西南部，在码头镇政府驻地西南约6公里处，地处高盖山麓。村名原作「山兜」，因在山麓，又经方言谐音雅化为「仙都」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国年间此地属仙都保，解放初属仙都乡，1984年设仙都村委会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
聚落在高盖山西部的丘陵山谷间，村委会设在南师第二附小边。[1]
文物[edit]
村内的白云室遗址为唐代古文化遗址，是第四次全国文物普查新发现的不可移动文物。[2]
