新村是福建省泉州市南安市蓬华镇下辖的行政村，位于镇政府驻地东南约4公里处，辖大墘头、笔硕美、高莱林、凤宿洋四个自然村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

为改造低产田，村民迁至高莱格一带定居，1970年另立村庄，称新村大队。1984年起设蓬华乡新村村委会，1991年12月此处改隶蓬华镇，称新村村委会。[1][2]

人口民族[edit]
