大演村位于福建省泉州市南安市蓬华镇，是镇辖的行政村，在镇政府驻地西北约11公里处，辖大演、尾厝、岭脚、水尾、岩内五个自然村。[2][4]以2023年计，全村户籍人口约2300余人。[4]村内的大演洪氏民居为清代民居群，2021年本村列入福建省第四批省级传统村落名录。[4][5]

历史沿革[edit]

明永乐年间，洪氏始祖迁居此地开垦，此后人口逐渐繁衍。[3][4]村名取自主要自然村大演。[1]

民国年间村子属蓬华乡大路保，解放初称华美大演村，公社化时期为大演大队。1984年改为蓬华乡大演村委会，1991年改称蓬华镇大演村委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村落位于棋山东麓的丘陵谷地间，四面群山环绕，华美溪、德田溪、蕗荇溪三条溪流在村中汇聚，形成衍溪水系，村落围成船形的盆地。[3][4]

村内有耕地870亩、山地5107亩，主要种植水稻、甘薯和甘蔗，林果有松、杉木，以及桃、李、油柿、龙眼、荔枝等。[2][4]

经济[edit]

油柿种植历史逾百年，多数农户参与种植，柿饼制作是村中的传统手工艺。[4]

文化[edit]

南安市人民政府在2022年把大演柿饼的制作工艺列为非物质文化遗产项目。[4]2024年，本村被命名为福建省卫生村。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

大演洪氏民居是村中的清代民居群。这组民居建于嘉庆至道光年间，即1796至1850年，建造者是在海外谋生后返乡的洪氏族人，多为二进或三进、五开间的格局。[3][5]

村内洪氏民居中的一世祖宇、二世祖宇、鳌腾堂、瑞义堂、福林堂等五座建筑，于2009年11月列为「第七批福建省重点文物保护单位」。鳌腾堂原为清举人洪廷珍的故居，洪廷珍于同治元年（1862年）中举。[4]2015年3月，「南安大演洪氏民居」入选闽南文化生态保护区保护名录。[4]

村内另有大演水尾石拱桥与龙仙宫，二者于2012年公布为南安市不可移动文物。[4]
