历史沿革[edit]
1949年前，这里称凤坡乡（又名南安县十二都凤坡乡）。中华人民共和国成立后改名五星乡，1959年改为五星大队，1980年恢复凤坡村名。[1]
村名的来历，据博雅地名网所载，与先祖从泉州迁来后，在黄升寨山麓的草埔上结庐定居有关。[1]
文化[edit]
村中梁姓为多，据称出自南宋丞相梁克家一支，其先人于1403年从泉州迁来，繁衍至今。[1]
寿萱堂是马来西亚、印尼归侨梁瑞基在1936年盖起的建筑，兼有中西建筑的艺术特色，可见民国时华侨建筑的风格。它已列为第六批市级文物保护单位。[2]

2025年1月，凤坡村上榜2024年度南安市「和谐村（社区）」名单。[1]
