诗山社区位于诗山镇政府驻地的中部，别称“诗山街”，是镇中心的居民社区。社区沿泉永德公路伸展，东端在潭尾桥，西端到三坎店。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区居民的祖先从丰州迁来此地，于是沿用了原来的地名。居委会设立于1978年，2003年改组为社区居民委员会。[1]

2024年1月，诗山社区上榜2023年度南安市「和谐村（社区）」名单。[1]
