西峰村位于英都镇西北部，距镇区约5公里，村委会设在下坝，是英都镇辖下的行政村。[1][3]村名来自境内的西峰院，该院建于清朝以前。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年成立大队时，以西峰院之名定为西峰大队；1984年改为西峰村委会。[1][2]

聚落与产业[edit]

聚落分布在球山西麓、英溪北畔的河谷间，下辖若干自然村。[1][3]村属半山区，以农业为主，种植水稻和甘薯，林果有松木与杂果，乡村公路接通南翔公路。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，西峰村被认定为2020年泉州市中级版「绿盈乡村」；2024年1月，村入选2023年度南安市「和谐村（社区）」名单。[1]
