霞溪村位于英都镇西北侧，北与安溪县城厢相邻，是英都镇辖下的行政村。[1][3]村名由解放前的霞坪保与过溪保各取一字合成。[1][2]村中留有明代学馆溪益馆。[2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年公社化时设霞溪大队，1984年改为霞溪村委会。[2][4]

产业与荣誉[edit]

村域兼有耕地和山地，主要产业以农业为基础，水暖加工是企业龙头。[2]2025年3月，霞溪村入选「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村」；2021年12月，获「2021年度福建省森林村庄」称号。[1]此前，村委会曾先后获福建省政府授予的第七、第八、第九届福建省文明村称号。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

溪益馆由翁山洪氏五房八世洪恒轩创建。据博雅地名网，它建于明嘉靖丁未年（1547年），近年重修，保存明代建筑风格，为南安市第四批市级文物保护单位。[2][6]

明清两朝，经溪益馆启蒙的人多有功名，博雅地名网列有秀才、举人、拔贡和进士之数，清初大臣洪承畴少年时也曾在此读书。[2][3]

泉州市文物名录另列有溪溢学馆，年代标为清代，属古建筑；博雅地名网也收录了溪溢学馆。两馆名称与年代的对应，据所见资料未能确定，此处两说并列。[5][6]
