桑林村是福建省泉州市南安市柳城街道下辖的行政村，位于西溪北岸的河谷盆地，村委会设在桑林自然村，聚落呈圆形分布。[1][2]

名称与历史沿革[edit]

开基祖由晋江石龟头迁居至此。饮水时，他在井盘上见到“风楼桑林”四字，当地又多桑树，遂以“桑林”为名。[1][2]

1979年，原大队拆分，设立桑林大队；1984年改为桑林村委会。[1]

人口与村落[edit]

村辖桑林、东埔井两个自然村，设13个村民小组。博雅地名网载为780户3700人，百度百科载为780户4700人，两者均未注明年份。[1][2]
