白沙崎社区隶属南安市溪美街道，位于市区西北部，面积1.5平方千米，于1999年成立。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

社区位于溪美街后面的小山坡上，境内一条小溪上游水土流失，沙砾在此淤积，满地白沙，地名因此而来。[1][3]

此前这一带隶属溪美村委会。1999年从中分出，单设白沙崎居委会；2003年，居委会又改作社区。[2][4]

地理环境[edit]

辖区内驻有南安一中、南安市医院等市直行政、企事业单位。[2]

文化[edit]

社区先后获得「福建省社区建设示范社区」「泉州市宽裕型文明村」等称号。[2]
