晋江经济开发区是福建省泉州市晋江市的开发区，与市辖的13个镇、6个街道并列，由管委会统筹管理。[1]园区由分布在全市各处的产业园组成，实行“管委会+公司”的运作方式；2022年起推行的“全市一区”改革，把这些园区统一纳入一个开发区的管理。[2][7]园区内以鞋服、纺织、食品、卫生用品和机械制造为基础产业，新能源、新材料与医疗健康等新兴产业也在布局。[6]

开发区于2000年开始动工建设，到2022年已统筹14个园区。[7]

2022年2月，晋江市推行“全市一区”体制机制改革，先在新塘园试行，此后，深沪园、安海园、英林园与金井园相继纳入，形成“全市一区+若干专业园”的格局。[7]

2022年6月，「福建晋园发展集团有限责任公司」成立，注册资金5亿元人民币，由管委会作为单独出资的股东，职能涵盖园区开发、产业金融、资产经营与综合服务。[7]

2023年2月23日，管委会与晋园发展集团举行揭牌仪式，同时管委会升格为副处级机构。[2]

2024年，“一区多园”整合托管获泉州市政府批复，“全市一区”改革进一步推进。[6]

经济[edit]

2022年改革后统筹的14个园区，规划面积为90.59平方千米。[7]报道中提到的园区有五里园、安东园、英林园、金井园和新塘园等；安东园以纺织印染为主，英林园侧重服饰织造，金井园布局新材料，新塘园以鞋服和物流为主。[6]

2024年11月，入驻园区的企业有1491家；同时，园区统计的人才资源总量为10万余名。[5]

2023年以来，开发区获得8个国家级荣誉，其中包括「国家级科技企业孵化器」、「五星级国家新型工业化产业示范基地」和「2023年度国家级绿色工业园区」。[3]2025年，园区以标准化建设为突破口的案例入选由工信部网络安全产业发展中心公布的「2025年产业园区推进新型工业化典型案例」，属空间治理类。[4]
