梨星村是永和镇辖下的行政村，位于灵秀山西麓，西面与英墩村接壤，南面隔着横山与玉溪村相望[1]。
地理与人口[edit]
村子地处高山地带，以林地和耕地为主，离晋江市政府6公里，离石狮市也是6公里[1]。2021年村情汇总表记载，常住人口1706人，60岁及以上258人；外出流动人口248人，约占15%，主要前往石狮，从事经商和务工[1]。
村名与历史[edit]
据博雅地名网，村子古时叫许家弄，也称许家巷，因最早的居民是许姓而得名[2]。村西有座小山，山上种着梨树和桃树，因此村子也俗称梨山，后来正式取名梨星村[2]。
村子始建于唐代咸亨年间，村民以李姓居多，其次为许姓和吴姓，李姓始祖由甘肃迁来[2]。1997年，该村单独设立行政村[2]。
