坂头村是永和镇北部的行政村，位于晋江市南部，离镇政府约8公里，灵石路从村中穿过[1]。村子靠近灵秀山脚，村名的由来与所在的地势有关[2]。

地理与人口[edit]

村子东面到灵秀山，西面与山前村相邻，南边靠山前村和梨星村，北边与罗山樟井、新塘湖格村接界[1]。离晋江高速南站互通口约3公里，交通比较便利[1]。

2021年村情汇总表记载，村内常住人口4728人，其中60岁及以上的有729人；外出流动人口230人，主要流向泉州和石狮，多数从事经商和务工[1]。博雅地名网说，村中辖西堡、东堡两个自然村，村委会设在西堡；村子北侧与石狮市客卿村接界[3]。

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，村名来自此地位于晋江南部、处在灵秀山的山路尽头[2][3]。明清时属二十五都；1944年归大同乡坂山保；1956年属栖梧区坂山乡[2]。1961年划归永和公社，设坂头大队；1984年改为永和乡坂头村委会，1991年起属永和镇[2]。

坂头村两次列入淘宝村名单，分别在2021年10月和2022年10月公布[2]。
