衙口村位于龙湖镇区东部，濒临深沪湾，清初改称衙口，是施琅将军的故乡。[1][2][6]

村庄建于北宋后叶。明清之后，村里以衙口滨海休闲度假旅游区、施氏大宗祠和靖海侯府等遗存为主要人文景观，也是侨乡。[2][3][4]

历史沿革[edit]

村子始建于北宋，原属晋江县弦歌里；元朝属十七、十八都，明清时沿袭旧制。[2][3]

民国时期这里设霞坡镇，1944年属霞坡乡浔江保。1956年设镇，1958年撤镇设人民公社，划归龙湖公社，并分为两个生产大队。[2]

1984年起，村委会隶属龙湖乡；1991年改隶龙湖镇。[2]

地名由来[edit]

宋时，河南光州一带的施姓人迁来，在江浔处定居，村名先后称浔江、浔海。[2]

清初，施琅在此兴建府衙，府衙前铺设石埕，四乡商贾纷纷来此赶集，集市因此得名衙口，乡名也随之改叫衙口。[2]

人口民族[edit]

村民以施姓为绝大多数，另有一小部分粘姓人家。[3]

旅居港澳地区和东南亚各国的侨亲达二万余人。[3]

名人[edit]

施琅（1621—1696）是晋江衙口人，清初将领，1683年（康熙二十二年）率军渡海收复台湾，后受封靖海侯。[8][6]

名胜古迹[edit]

衙口滨海休闲度假旅游区有海岸线约5公里的石英沙滩，沙滩上建有福建省沙滩排球训练基地，是国家3A级旅游景区。[4]

施氏大宗祠又称浔海施氏大宗祠，为福建省文物保护单位；祠内设施琅纪念馆，陈列施琅的文物资料。[5]

靖海侯府即施琅的故居，为福建省文物保护单位，建于康熙二十六年（1687年），是清初闽南的典型建筑。[6]

施琅宅、祠同列为全国重点文物保护单位，祠堂始建于明代，清初被毁，施琅复台后重建。[7]

村里还有闽台粘氏大宗祠，为市级文物保护单位。[3]

经济[edit]

衙口花生是农产品地理标志产品，选用“小琉球”“中琉球”等良种，在沙质地上种植，产品外销。[9]
