仕春村位于池店镇西部，南界潘湖村，西连茂厝村，北隔清濛开发区。[2]村内有仕春、冷水井两个自然村，以仕春为主村，共11个村民小组。[2]村名原为徐村，后改为仕春。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村子原为徐氏聚居，称徐村。后南安陈氏书香世家迁入，徐氏渐衰。为寄望子孙走上仕途，村名取仕途、春天之意，改称仕春。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清两代属三十二都。1944年改隶梅溪乡春湖保。[1]建国后经几次调整：1956年隶池店区紫湖乡，1959年归苏厝公社仕春大队，1961年转属池店公社，1984年设仕春村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年10月，福建省农业农村厅确认仕春村为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]仕春村于2024年1月被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
