屿崆村位于池店镇西部，东与茂厝村相接，西邻紫帽片区，南面九十九溪横贯东西，北靠凤池路。[2]村由屿崆、屿尾、上钞三个自然村组成，共6个村民小组。[2]村名因地貌得来：村地常受山洪冲刷，冲塌之处称“崆”，又多岛屿状的地形，因此取名屿崆。[1]
