历史沿革[edit]
村名沿革：早先称蔡埭，清康熙年间称海岱，清光绪时改称钞岱[2][3]。
1956年隶属金井区山海乡，1959年并入金井公社为钞岱大队，1984年起称金井镇钞岱村委会，1997年起定名为「钞岱回族村民委员会」[2]。
村中出过郭立彦（1503—1577年），号冠山，曾受明穆宗褒奖，并获御书《骨鲠忠谏》[2]。
人口民族[edit]
2008年时，村中户籍人口为2708人，共813户[3]。村中有回族，2006年村委会获泉州市人民政府授予「全市民族团结模范先进集体」称号[2]。
名胜古迹[edit]
村中有帝爷宫、祖师公宫，以及陈、洪、王、郭四姓的祠堂[2]。村辖区内还有乌烟山、碎石山、黄前山、钞岱水库和革命烈士陵园[2]。
