东垵社区在深沪镇东部，濒临深沪湾；其南为金屿社区，西为南春社区，北面则是后山社区。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

明隆庆年间，当地盛产紫菜和海螺，居民在沃地上建屋聚居，人口渐多后逐步向东、东南的海滨扩展，因海岸弯如弓形，遂有东垵之名。[1]

1984年设深沪镇东垵居委会，2005年改为社区居委会。[1]
