地名由来[edit]
原名温庄，据说温姓先来开基；其后张氏在村里种下一株榕树，自称青榕居士，村名改作青榕里。为纪念两位医者，村名改为清兜；「兜」与「透」谐音，且更易书写，遂演变为清透。[2]
人口[edit]
登记户籍人口2392人，634户，设14个村民小组。[1]
沿革[edit]
宋时隶属安仁乡仁和里；明清时归泉州南门外的十一都。[2]
