苏厝村是陈埭镇的行政村，位于晋江市东部、陈埭镇西部，距镇政府约3公里。村子东面是大乡村，南面与湖中村相接，西面通向梅岭街道赤西村一带，北侧以九十九溪为界与池店镇相对。[1]
村名由来[edit]
此地由苏姓先人首先垦居，闽南人称宅院为“厝”，故名苏厝。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
宋代隶属永宁乡和风里，明清为二十九都辖地，民国时期（1944年）属青阳乡狮沟保。新中国成立后，村庄于1956年归池店区苏厝乡，1959年改属苏厝公社苏厝大队，1961年划归陈埭公社苏厝大队，1984年设陈埭镇苏厝村委会。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
村内的结砖福利桥年代属元，为市级文物保护单位。[1]

2020年至2022年间，苏厝村三次列入淘宝村名单。[1]
