华泰社区是罗山街道中部的一个社区，靠近罗裳山东麓，由一处房地产住宅项目发展而成。博雅地名网称社区于2006年4月设立，百度百科则记为2005年成立。[1][3][4]

历史沿革[edit]

社区名称来自小区的开发单位。2002年，晋江华泰房地产有限责任公司购买并开发了这片小区，社区因此得名华泰。[1][3]

地理环境[edit]

社区位于罗山街道中部，罗裳山东麓，西侧与市政中心相连，南与前沿社区接壤，北面与一处大型商业广场相望。[2]

社区占地约613亩，共111栋建筑。[3]

据百度百科，截至2024年，社区常住人口约为9000人。[3]

文化[edit]

小区的规划理念取自新都市主义，居住区讲求步行可达，核心商业区由商业街与休闲广场构成，并配置多类公共设施。[2]

2006年，社区先后获评晋江市文明社区与晋江市绿色社区；次年又成为泉州市绿色社区，2008年获泉州市文明社区称号，2009年入围泉州市十佳和谐社区。据百度百科，社区还曾获评「全国综合减灾示范社区」，并于2024年获得「省级儿童友好社区」称号。[2][3]
