后间社区位于晋江市西北部双龙路旁，属城乡结合区。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时属三十一都。1980年代末独立设村，1985年后归青阳镇，成为其下的后间村委会。[1][2]

2003年起由青阳镇转入西园街道，2006年由村转为社区，名称改为后间社区。[2]

经济[edit]

辖区内有企业十余家，多数以制鞋和小型工作坊为主。社区另有良田数十亩。[2]
