霞浯社区是西园街道的第二大行政社区，位于晋江市西北中部，北临泉州经济开发区，与池店镇相邻。[1][2]

社区名称先后有霞溪、下浯等叫法，后雅称霞浯。因村地处浯溪下游，溪水环流村间，村中又以吴姓居多，俗称下吴。[1]

地理环境[edit]

沈海高速在东侧、泉三高速在西侧穿境而过，社区南依双龙公路，西邻泉州附速。北面是俗称「七里沿江五里洋」的农田。[2]

九十九溪流经社区，西北角另有泉州特种汽车制造基地，为近年新开发的区域。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期属泉州南门外三十一都。民国时属碧山乡和霞岭保。[2]

建国后先后隶属池店区霞岭乡、磁灶公社霞浯大队和青阳公社霞浯大队。1985年起它成为青阳镇所辖的霞浯村委会；2003年起划入西园街道，改称霞浯社区居委会。[1][2]

建筑与文物[edit]

浯里裕后铭碑位于社区北区，为明代石刻，碑高2.36米、宽0.61米。明崇祯年间，进士吴震交书写并立此碑，碑文告诫后人广植树木。该碑属第三批市级文物保护单位，1999年列入。[3][4][5]

吴震交为明崇祯甲戌（1634年）进士，先后担任兵部主事、武选郎中和扬州知府。他的民居位于社区小宗市场旁，建于明崇祯年间，为五开间三落穿斗式硬山顶建筑，面阔24米、进深38米。据2023年报道，它是一般文物点。[4]

社区另有进士府第等古建筑。[2]
