洪宅垵社区是晋江市青阳街道下辖的社区，位于晋江市区南片，辖区有世纪花园、豪富花园、洪仑花园等新型小区。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

这里古称凤安，原为半岛，形如马鞍，「鞍」与「垵」同音；半岛上另有一处凤穴，土地呈红褐色。后有洪姓人家在马鞍形的地方建宅定居，村名改为洪宅垵。[1]

2006年，社区被晋江市政府确定为第一批示范村之一。[1]

2021年6月，社区被命名为「2020年度晋江市平安村（社区）」。[1]
