高霞社区是晋江市青阳街道下辖的社区，位于晋江市区东南，泉州晋江国际机场坐落于其辖区之内，社区名称合并了高岑与霞埔两个村的首字。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

根据杏厝王氏的谱牒记载，明末清初，王氏一支自沿塘迁来此地，在一座名为「岑」的小丘上建居，村名遂为高岑。后又有福埔、深坑等地的王姓迁入，村名仍称高岑。[1]

1958年公社化后，高岑与罗山公社的霞埔村合并为一个大队，各取一字，合称高霞。[1]
