宽仁社区是凤里街道下辖的社区，位于石狮老市区中心地带，辖区面积约0.7平方千米。[1][2]

社区原名“圜内”，又称“劵内”。1916年（民国5年），归侨陈戆提议改名宽仁，取宽厚待人、仁德广布之意。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

隋唐时期，一条通往泉州城的驿道穿过此地，唐初设驿馆，宋元称都保公馆，明清称汛地公馆。[3]

社区在1993年一度分设为三个居委会，2002年整合为社区，仍沿用宽仁之名。[2]

旧时此处建有围墙用以关押人犯，村名因此叫圜内，又谐音作劵内。[3]

改名之时，各姓代表相约，不论来自何乡、何姓，入住满三天即为宽仁人，社区因此多姓聚居。[2][3]

1947年，石狮工商界在糖房街、大仑街、卖鱼街与上帝街相交处筹资建造一座白色钟楼，一带因此称钟楼脚；1978年因妨碍交通拆除。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

凤里庵俗称观音宫、观音亭，位于城隍街，据百度百科载始建于隋大业三年（607年），为石狮市文物保护单位。[4][7]

南邦寄重坊又称施琅坊、馆顶坊，为清康熙年间建造的花岗岩纪功牌坊，原在馆顶，2021年移建于凤里庵入口广场。[5][7]

石狮城隍庙位于城隍街，为清代建筑，是福建省第七批省级文物保护单位。[6]

城隍街的名称来自石狮城隍庙。据称，一位庙祝携带城隍像逃难至此，搭棚设位，建庙奉祀，周围渐成市集。[3]

经济[edit]

庄厝埕位于社区内，为旧时石狮“五埕”之一。1930年，旅菲华侨回乡主持拆建，把林家的旧大厝与一些民居改造为水泥结构的菜场，是当时唯一的综合性市场。[3]
