地理环境[edit]
社区东侧靠东村社区，北侧与陈厝为邻，西侧与五星相连，南侧临宽仁。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
明代，欧、陈等姓氏曾在此聚居，设私塾学堂，并在学堂后面辟为花园，遍植花卉。[2]
花园位于学堂西面，故初称西花；因花圃在村落后方，遂改称后花。[2]
1993年12月，磨内并入后花组成居委会，2003年转为社区。[2]
后花街民国期间由军官李延年主持拆建，原称延年路，因与后花相连而改称后花街，长约104米，宽8米。[3]
