尤床村位于德化县西北边陲、春美乡北部，与大铭、汤头和大田县的湖美、早兴等地接壤，土地总面积42.12平方千米。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

宋、元、明三代此地隶进城乡汤泉上团；清代属汤泉里，民国初年沿清制。1935年编入双翰保，隶第四区双翰联保。1939年曾划归大田县，1940年划回德化县，1951年又改属大田县，1952年再归德化县第五区（赤水）。[2]

1952年，本地另设尤床乡，归第五区；1956年并入赤水区。1958年4月起归双翰乡；同年10月另设尤床大队，隶双翰公社。1960年转入赤水公社，1961年又回到双翰公社。1984年起改称春美乡尤床村，并设立村委会。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村庄群山环抱，村中央立有两棵古树，当地称作松椤。[2]

村域林地达55945亩，木材的蓄积量为29.52万立方米，森林覆盖率90%。[1]

境内的洪畸坂电站装机容量1万千瓦，已建成投产。[2]

人口民族[edit]

据2021年春美乡各村简介，全村458户2115人，人口较多的姓氏为苏、陈、廖。[1] 常住居民253人，六十岁以上的有215人，青壮年劳力约140人，外出流动的人口1822人。[1]

经济[edit]

经济以水电、油茶、水果为主。[4]

2021年11月，尤床村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[2][4]

名胜古迹[edit]

半山自然村是革命老区基点村，1945年前后在此设立地下交通站，支援闽中游击队。[2][4]

文物名录中有尤床长远廊桥，为清代一般不可移动文物，位于尤床村西坑角落。[3]
