上春村位于春美乡西部，西北与大田县交界，村部设在十八格，土地总面积19.51平方千米，村域海拔791米。[1][5]

历史沿革[edit]

1935年，上春一带编入双翰保，隶第四区双翰联保。1939年，上春自双翰保中分出，改设上春保，归双阳乡。此前宋、元、明三代它属进城乡汤泉上团，清代归汤泉里大安社，民国初年延续清代的编制。[4]

1950年，它归第五区（赤水）双阳乡管辖；1951年改设上春乡，仍属第五区（赤水）。1958年10月设上春大队，归双翰公社；1960年划入赤水公社，1961年又回归双翰公社。1984年改制后，此地称春美乡上春村，并设上春村委会。[4]

地理环境[edit]

村域为山间小谷、沟坡交错的复杂地形，聚落分散，海拔791米。[1]

村部所在的十八格是通往大田县的交通要塞，解放前即设有墟场，是德化西北部的贸易中心和农副产品集散地。八十年代初，墟场迁往别处。[5]

人口民族[edit]

据2021年春美乡各村简介，全村520户2089人，姓氏以苏、梁、蒲为多。[1] 常住居民430人，六十岁以上的有320人；外出流动人口1659人。[1]

经济[edit]

黄花菜与茶油是村里的主导产业，十八格的黄花菜基地已成规模。[5]

境内的上春水电站装机4000千瓦，是村财收入的主要来源。[5]

2020年12月，上春村入选「2019年度福建省一村一品示范村」名单（黄花菜）；2021年11月，被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2022年10月，经福建省农业农村厅认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[2]

文化[edit]

割竹尾自然村的陶器生产历史悠久，至今仍有少量生产。[5]

名胜古迹[edit]

文物名录中，上春村有上春十八格古街（清代，一般）和上春白云庵（清代，一般，位于割竹尾角落）。[3]
