琼溪村坐落在大铭乡东北部的九仙山脚下，与上涌镇接壤。村内六个自然村为黄山、下洋、竹格垅、祖厝、唐格与桶盘仑。村中有明末清初翰林赖垓的故居颖川堂。[1][3]

地理环境[edit]

全村土地总面积13.2平方千米，村域平均海拔约850米，山坡较陡，溪流穿行其间。[1]

林地面积16621亩（年份未注），森林覆盖率为82.5％。水能资源有开发条件，境内建成小型电站一座，装机160千瓦。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名原作“横溪”。因先祖曾任琼州府教授、儋州府正堂，遂将“横”改作“琼”。[1]

1961年6月起，琼溪乡的建制改为琼溪大队。1984年10月，大队改为村，称大铭乡琼溪村。[1]

姓氏宗族[edit]

宋太平兴国八年（983年），赖氏先人定居于此，为境内最早落户的姓氏。[1][3]

人口与经济[edit]

种养业是村中的支柱，稻谷、甘薯、马铃薯是主要的粮食作物。果园面积382亩（年份未注），以青梅为主；气候适宜发展反季节蔬菜。[2]

村中于2024年1月被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」，2024年10月被确定为「泉州市2023年度市级“一村一品”专业村」，主导产业为生姜。[1]

文化[edit]

村内有「琼溪颖川堂」（宋、清）与「琼溪井坵堂」（明、1992年），列入「第三次全国文物普查不可移动文物名录」，均属一般不可移动文物。[4]

赖垓祖厝现今保存完整。村中还有“代天行玺”明代匾额，颖川堂内保存赖氏家训石刻。[1][3]
