内坂村位于国宝乡东南部，与南斗村、厚德村相邻，并与雷峰镇的李溪村接壤。村名的意思是先祖开基发业之地；相传开基之时，附近有一处石鼓坂，遂以「内坂」为村名。[1]

地理环境[edit]

全村地势为低山与丘陵交错，林地以杉、松、毛竹和杂木为主，矿产有石材和银等。厚德至南斗的公路横贯全村东西，村内与南斗村合建了一座水电站。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1984年改属国宝乡，设立内坂村委会。[1]
