洪田村是德化县桂阳乡的行政村，位于乡政府东北部，离乡政府18公里，下辖4个自然村。[1][2]村域面积21.5平方千米，1999年末登记为313户、1258人。[2]

地名与沿革[edit]

村境内三条小溪汇合，形成“田”字的样子，村名由此而来。[1]

这里宋明两代属常平乡的杨梅中团，清朝划入梅上里的桂阳社，民国初年仍照旧。[1]1939年先属桂溪乡，后改属葛岭乡；1950年隶属第四区葛岭乡。[1]

明嘉靖二十年（1541年），李胜旺迁来此地定居。[1][2]1955年设洪田乡，属第九区；1958年成立洪田大队，隶属葛坑公社；1961年改归溪洋公社。1984年起，此地为桂阳乡下的洪田村。[1]

地理环境与产业[edit]

农林并重，林产包括松脂、笋干、茶油和红菇；黄金边角矿集中在大洞坑、下坂和牛车坪几处。[2]

涌溪水从村子西南流过，村内建有一座水库，村东北的莲花山西麓散布着自然村落。[2]

人口[edit]

1999年末，全村313户，全部为李姓，男性614人，女性644人，劳动力470人。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

闽中特游击队在地下斗争时期，曾以牛车坪、牛畲两地作为基点。[2]

普查名录登记的洪田村文物有飞凤楼、洋头堂两处，年代为清；洪元阁年代记为宋，并注有1994年。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2020年2月，洪田村入选「福建省第三批省级传统村落」。[1]

2022年12月，村子获福建省卫生村的命名。[1]

2025年5月，洪田村被确定为「泉州市2025年度市级“一村一品”专业村」，主导产业为茶油。[1]
