溪洋村是德化县桂阳乡的行政村，在桂阳村东北侧，离乡政府仅1公里。[1][2]全村土地面积约6.35平方千米，1999年底登记有843人。[2]

地名与沿革[edit]

村名取自溪头洋，因那里历来是行政建制所在地，故称溪洋。[2]

宋代属常平乡贵湖里，明代改属杨梅上团，清代归梅上里的桂阳社。[2]1934年编为桂阳联保下的溪洋保，1939年以后隶属桂涌乡。[2]1952年设溪洋乡，1958年改为溪洋大队，归上涌公社；1961年归溪洋公社，1981年随之改称桂阳公社。[2]1984年改制，为桂阳乡溪洋村，设村委会。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村子地势平坦，四周环山，海拔940米，桂溪从村中直流而过。[2]公路沿溪的南岸下坡进村，在村中分岔，北通彭坑村，东通安章村。[2]

人口与姓氏[edit]

1999年底全村有188户843人，男性429，女性414，劳动力252人。[2]村中以林姓为多，另有张、黄两姓同居。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

村里的溪头庵是一座古庙，年代为清，在普查名录中登记为一般不可移动文物。[2][3]

村内前厝洋处有两级天然瀑布，长一百多米。[2]

林氏祖厝也是清代建筑，同样列在普查名录中。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2021年6月，溪洋村列入「福建省第四批省级传统村落」名单。[1]
