仙岭村位于盖德镇北部，在鸡冠山山麓，海拔650米左右，距镇政府驻地约11公里，村域面积2.98平方千米。村名原作「庵岭」，因早前村民在鸡冠岭顶方建庵而得名，后改称仙岭。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

此村早先一直在集贤乡永丰里境内；清康熙十八年（1679年）归在坊里上林社，民国时期隶属浔中第一区锦福乡。1949年后，村先后属德化县第一区林地乡、第八区岐山乡。1958年4月归盖德镇岐明村，同年10月改隶浔中公社岐明大队，1961年又归盖德公社。1978年地名普查时恢复原名仙岭村；1984年改大队为村委会，隶属盖德镇。[1][2]
