福阳村位于盖德镇西南部，距德化县城约18公里，海拔850米，村域面积3.02平方千米。村东接有济村，西靠胡仔山。该村旧俗称北洋，后雅化为福阳。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期，此地属德化英山里，民国年间属锦福乡。1949年后，福阳先后归三凤乡与四荣乡管辖。1958年9月起，它是浔中公社有济大队的一部分；1962年从有济大队中分出，另立福阳生产大队。1984年，大队改称村委会，划归盖德镇。[2][3]
