福全村位于赤水镇西南部，村域土地总面积8.1平方千米，下辖后塘、石翠岭、福全内、龙山洋、葫芦蚯、花岩与尖山岭7个自然村落。[1][2]

村名来自境内的一座福全堂。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

1933年至1943年间，此地属第四区的一个联保。[4]

1950年至1961年间此处设格后大队，1981年改名福全大队；1984年改称赤水乡福全村；1992年7月乡制撤销，此村归赤水镇，称福全村，设村委会。[4]

地理环境[edit]

村内有尖山灵峰岩，山顶有甘泉，村域探明瓷土、铅锌、铁等矿产。[2]
