历史沿革[edit]
八逞许姓的先人在明万历元年（1573年）由安溪感德来到许厝定居，其他姓氏也陆续迁来。[2]
人口民族[edit]
村中许、廖、王、翁、李、吕、蔡、林、黄、陈等姓氏共421户1464人，分居于7个自然村，其中有许厝、王厝、吾岭等。[1]
经济[edit]
全村土地面积8.36平方千米，耕地1345亩，另有林地9765亩，竹林、油茶林合计2900亩。村民主要靠种植水稻、甘薯，水果与养猪是主要收入来源。[1]
