历史沿革[edit]
江姓祖先于南宋末年自江西迁至厦门定居，明朝初年由厦门迁入祥光。此后王、周、张、陈等姓先后在祥光定居。[1]
据百度百科所述，村名与境内建有祥山庵有关。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
村内现存清代古堡厚德堡，始建于清道光十七年（1837年）。[3]
