梓垵村位于南埕镇西北部，雪尾尖山与土云岐山脚下。村子东侧与蟠龙村相连，西南方与桂阳乡梓溪村、雷峰镇上寨村为邻，北侧是水口镇久住村一带。[1]

村子古称梓安，居民以阮、黄两姓为主，另有少数赖、陈姓，南宋时已有人聚居。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明朝时此地划在永宁乡清泰里之内，民国年间并入瑞上乡。[1]

1955年设梓垵乡；1958年10月组成梓垵大队，归水口公社管辖；1984年设梓垵村，此后随南埕乡、镇的建制变动。[1]

地理环境[edit]

梓垵村海拔在670至1600米之间，土地面积31.07平方千米，地形呈盆地状，四面环山，森林资源丰富。[1]

村域内有毛竹林、松木、杉木等，毛竹是村民的主要收入来源之一。[1]

人口[edit]

截至2020年，村中人口882人。[4]

经济[edit]

村民以务农为主，水稻、马铃薯与甘薯是常见作物，茶籽油、板栗与冬笋则是当地的特产。[1]

文化[edit]

村中一棵树龄400余年的桂花树，被县列为重点保护的名树。[1]

1994年获县级文明村称号，1997年获县级计生合格村称号。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

梓垵明月堂为清代建筑，列入「第三次全国文物普查不可移动文物名录」，属一般不可移动文物。[3]
