蕉溪村是雷峰镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域南部，离县城关约10公里，省道103线穿过村子腹地。[1][2]

溪涧两侧分布着天然温泉，村中还保存有县级文物保护单位蕉溪支涧石拱桥。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历：村子建在蕉溪两岸，因此得名。[4]

明代，蕉溪隶属永宁乡清泰里春魁坊。1935年起编为蕉溪保，随后并入联保，名称为第二区蕉溪联保。1946年改设西南乡蕉溪保。[2]

1950年农会成立，归第二区蕉溪乡管辖。1958年人民公社化，1960年体制下放，村子改称蕉溪大队。1984年政社分设，大队化为村，名为雷峰乡蕉溪村；1992年随乡改镇，更名为雷峰镇蕉溪村。[3]

人口民族[edit]

全村现设18个村民小组、6个自然村落，人口2535人，土地总面积14.2平方千米（年份未注）。[2]

经济[edit]

村中种植千亩食用笋，养殖美国青蛙，柑桔、德化梨等水果也已形成基地。全村另有水电站、造纸厂、瓷厂和砖厂，还有县内规模较大的温泉养殖鳗鱼场。[2]

淮山是村中的主导产业。2021年12月，蕉溪村获评泉州市2019至2021年度市级「一村一品」专业村（乡镇）；2023年12月，又被认定为福建省「一村一品」专业村（淮山）。[1]

2020年12月，蕉溪村被认定为2020年泉州市中级版「绿盈乡村」；2022年12月，福建省绿化委员会授予其2022年福建省森林村庄的称号。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

天然温泉分布在溪涧两侧，水温高达75℃。1997年，县里投资开发地热资源，把蕉溪温泉引入城关，使城区居民的生活条件有所改善。[2]

村中有乾隆年间建造的蕉溪支涧石拱桥，为县级文物保护单位。解放德化游击队的革命纪念地也在村内。[2]
