村兜村位于龙门滩镇东部，在七台山脚下。[1][3] 相传旧时村中富户多设仓囤粮，本名「仓兜」，当地方言中「仓」读如「村」，遂有村兜之称。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1961年，村兜、埔尾、上围、水头四处组建村兜生产大队。1984年10月改为村兜村民委员会。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村域土地面积24.17平方千米，境内林地超过3万亩。七台山主峰海拔1090米。[1][3]

人口民族[edit]

2009年底户籍人口为740人。[3]

经济[edit]

村中以茶叶种植和畜牧养殖为主，并建有冷水养鳗场等特色项目。[3]

文化[edit]

境内现存清代的真武亭窑、水头窑等古瓷窑址，已纳入镇级文化遗产保护体系。[3]
