苏洋村位于龙门滩镇西北部，距德化县城约11公里。[1] 村子由苏姓先祖开基定居，地势平坦如洋，因而称苏洋；村分内外两洋，又名双洋。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明代此地归德乡惠民里管辖；清代改隶在坊里的茅岐社，其后又称文兴社。民国初年仍照清代建制。[2]

1935年起此地隶属碧霞乡。1951年设苏洋乡，划入第七区；1956年归雷峰区管辖。[1][2]

1958年起，该村划归霞碧区，此后建为苏洋大队，并入霞碧公社。1984年成立苏洋村委会，隶属霞碧乡。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域土地面积11.92平方千米，境内有双寨山。[1][2]

人口民族[edit]

1999年末全村有517户2349人。[1]

经济[edit]

2025年11月，苏洋村被确定为「福建省2025年度省级一村一品专业村」，主导产业为果冻橙。[1]
