硕儒村是龙门滩镇的行政村，镇政府就驻在村中。[1][4] 村名旧称「硕儒翰」，后改称硕儒。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋、明两代，该地分属永宁乡与归德乡下的几个里，清代属在坊里茅岐社，后改为文兴社。[3]

民国时期属碧霞乡。1958年霞碧人民公社成立后，本地为其下的硕儒大队；1961年霞碧公社复设，仍称硕儒大队，1984年10月改称霞碧乡硕儒村。[3]

1992年初此地归霞碧镇管辖，1994年随镇名改属龙门滩镇。[3]

地理环境[edit]

村域土地面积26.55平方千米，林地与果园面积较大。[1][4]

人口民族[edit]

1999年底全村有290户971人。[1] 村子是龙门滩库区移民后扶示范区的核心安置点。[4]

经济[edit]

村中近年发展果冻橙、百香果等特色产业，并推行林下复合种植。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内的风景点有水上吊桥、湖尾涤瀑布与龙门寨等。[2]

文化[edit]

2022年10月，硕儒村获认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1][4]
