英山村是龙浔镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域西北部，东与大坂村、丁墘村相连，西与盖德镇下寮村相接，南与丁溪村及浔中镇土坂村相邻，北与永春县苏坑乡毗邻。[1][3]

村名与沿革[edit]

这里原称欧山、凹山。明代万历丙申年（1596年），李云阶父子三人先后中举出仕，村名遂改为英山。[1]

北宋熙宁年间，李氏族人迁入此地，仍沿用旧地名。1949年以后成为英山大队；1984年起称英山村；1997年划归龙浔镇。[1]

地理与产业[edit]

国道305线贯穿全村，是德化对外的主要通道之一。[1] 村里曾被评为市级农村新村建设示范点。[2]

村里以淮山种植为核心产业，淮山产品获国家地理标志保护。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2013年7月，农业部将英山村认定为「第三批全国一村一品示范村镇」，主导产品为德化淮山。[1] 福建省农业农村厅于2022年10月将英山村列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
