民国时期此地属凤洋保，村名由此而来。[3]
历史沿革[edit]
清代此地属隆泰社，隶在坊里。民国时属凤洋保，又属浔中镇。新中国成立后归隆泰乡。[2]
2000年自原来的大村分出，设凤洋村委会，属浔中镇。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
宏祠宫在本村，清代建造，为县级文物保护单位。[4]
荣誉[edit]
2024年6月，本村被列入福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村。[1]
