后所村是福建省泉州市德化县浔中镇下辖的行政村，明代瓷塑家何朝宗生于本村。[1][5]

地名由来[edit]

相传明代以前此地名厚甦，后因方言谐音改称后所。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年以前属凤阳保。1953年并入隆泰乡，1958年划入浔中人民公社。[2]

1984年，本地为所属村委会下的一个村民小组。2000年，本村自原来的大村中分出，设村委会，属浔中镇。[2]

人物[edit]

何朝宗是明代瓷塑家，「何派」瓷塑的创始人，据德化县人民政府网站称为浔中镇后所村人。[5] 据百度百科，何朝宗的先祖曾奉命到德化隆泰社的厚苏村屯垦定居，该村今属本村。[4]
