姜埕村位于横口乡西部，四面依山，东邻横坑村，南界云贵村。[1][2]

此地最早由章氏开垦，初称张埕，后因音近改为姜埕。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此前属二都福鼎乡，建国后改属一都区福鼎乡。公社化时（1958年）归一都公社云贵大队；1961年另设横口公社下的姜埕大队；1984年改为姜埕村委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

2021年村简介称，全村有3个自然角落、6个村民小组，村庄平均海拔700多米。[2]

经济[edit]

茶叶的种植与销售是村里的主要营生，另有少数村民经商，也有人外出打工。[1]

2021年村简介列茶叶600亩、芦柑100亩。[2]

村中有3座庙，供奉地方神祇。农历正月初三、初四为祭祀香期，正月十五晚有元宵游村，香期均有小型庙会活动。[2]
