嵩安村是苏坑镇下辖的行政村，位于镇区东偏北方向，村委会设在本村中部，辖大阪、马鞍、大山、草垵、亭后头等自然角落。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村子原称马鞍，因地形如马鞍，故得此名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年前本村属常安乡的新民保，1949年后隶属嵩山乡。1958年公社化后设为大队，1961年另设嵩安大队，1984年，改组为嵩安村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
村民以种茶、制茶为主要收入来源，兼种芦柑、生姜和水稻。[2]
