山城村位于东关镇东部，与南安市交界，村子坐落在四面环山的山坳里，海拔400多米。1998年8月设立村委会。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名山城，因村子四周环山、仅有一处通道与外界往来，形如城堡而得名。[3]

村中祖先自晋江青阳迁来，此前以生产队组织生产；1960年设山城管理区，1998年8月设立山城村委会。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村子位于东部山区，与南安市交界。村域内以林地、柑园和茶园为主。[1]

经济[edit]

村中有多家茶叶加工厂，是乌龙茶加工的集中地之一，周边乡镇的茶叶不少也在这里加工。村中柑橘个大色鲜，多作外贸出口。[1]
